Returns and Exchange Policy

Zein Knitwear applies its best effort to provide excellent service and high quality products. It is important to us that you absolutely love your selection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s). Please contact info@zeinknitwear.com immediately, but not later than 5 working days after receipt for further instructions.

We are pleased to accept returns of items as long as you follow these three rules:

1. Return it within 14 days of the shipment date.
2. Return items in the condition you received them: clothes and accessories can only be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
3. Return items in the original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches.

Once the returned parcel reaches the warehouse, you will receive confirmation e-mail and money will be refunded to you (excluding shipping cost for orders up to 150 eur) in ten working days after receipt of the parcel, except holiday season, during which return processing may take more time than expected. The cost for any returns or exchanges will be at the customers expense.

For your own protection we recommend to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you to retain proof of sending. You should address your return to our warehouse:

If we receive the items, and find that the criteria as detailed above, has not been met, we will notify you via email. In such case, you may have the choice to have the items delivered to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the items and the amount paid for the original order.
